Erick Ochs

Erick Ochs is deeply driven to help and empower people, cultivated by a 28-year career in the US Army where he honed his skills as a leader, driving organizational change, and meeting challenges to accomplish the goals of purpose-oriented organizations.

As the Camp Operations Director, he will focus on the daily and short-term operations of Camp Cole, allowing the senior leadership to focus on strategic growth and partnership. Erick is driven by team development, coaching, mentoring, and problem solving.

Erick is a graduate of both Excelsior University and Liberty University where he earned a Masters degree in Education. He is looking forward to continued growth of Camp Cole and helping as many campers Shine as possible!

Erick is married to Sarah and they have three teenage boys who have enjoyed their own camping experiences around the world.
