Group Rates

To secure a rental space, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the rental/event. Depending on selected activities, additional programming fees may apply.

Maximum Overnight Capacity: 200
Maximum Day Capacity: 480

Base Rental

$1,500 per Full Day (7 Hours) or $750 per Half Day (4 Hours)

Rentals include exclusive access to the main campus buildings, such as the Welcome Center, Activity Center, Café, and Medical Care Facility.

Cabin Rental

$500 / Night / Cabin
13 cabins; sleep 16 each

Group Meal Packages

Similar to activity selection, knowing the types of meals you plan to serve in advance and how much support you need helps us better prepare for your stay.

Option 1
Fully Catered
Our catering partner, Southern Way Catering, provides all meals.
Option 2
Hybrid Catering
Southern Way provides 1–2 meals daily; you provide the rest via DHEC-certified kitchens, such as Lizards Thicket, Chick-fil-A, Food Trucks, etc.
Option 3
All-Food Outdoors Catering
Your group is responsible for all paper goods, utensils, and cups, as well as clean-up and trash removal.

Our rental fees and Southern Way Catering’s fees are separate.
