When four young women, ages 14–33, each navigating life with a disability, responded to an open artist call at Camp Cole, they had no idea what would follow.

Thanks to a chance encounter between Camp Cole and Alivia, an up-and-coming fashion brand in NYC, we are acknowledging the creative abilities, visions, and potential of Kate Liggitt, Ann Mealing, Lila Mozingo, and Liz Twitty with a Design & Shine Fashion Show celebrating their fall, holiday, spring, and summer collections.

The Camp Cole + Alivia collaboration represents mission alignment, a shift toward inclusivity in the fashion industry, and another opportunity for creators with a unique blend of abilities and disabilities to shine.
