Lisa McCaffrey
Admin Coordinator
As Camp Cole’s Administrative Coordinator, Lisa coordinates volunteer groups, individual campers, and visitors. She has a long history of volunteerism, which she cultivated during her more than 30 years as a military spouse at various duty stations worldwide.
Lisa’s passion for children with special needs stems from her career as a registered nurse and volunteer work with military families, a passion she retains to this day and support for one of her children who faced a life-threatening disease.
Lisa has been recognized many times for her service. While her husband was serving in Iraq, she was named the Hawaii Military Spouse of the Year. She was also awarded the Dr. Mary E. Walker Award for service to military families and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Award for Outstanding Public Service for her leadership and service to military family organizations and communities.
Lisa and her husband have raised three successful adult children and have a two-year-old granddaughter.
