Camp Impact is a joyful, fun-filled weeklong summer camp experience that encourages children facing homelessness to dream new dreams for the future. Through a combination of traditional indoor and outdoor camp activities, like swimming, games, and Arts & Crafts, children ages 6-12 explore, discover, and grow in a nurturing environment where they can enjoy being kids.
Camp Impact is a weeklong overnight camp experience. Staff includes directors, counselors, and volunteers. Due to generous donors, camp is free for campers. All meals are provided.
A Week at Camp Impact
Camp Impact will take place at Camp Cole from July 26th to July 30th.
Camp Cole is a brand new camp located in Eastover, SC, designed specifically for children and adults experiencing life challenges.
Camp Impact is for children ages 6-12 who are experiencing homelessness in Richland or Lexington counties.
The cost to the family is $0.
What will a week at Camp Impact look like?
Camp Impact campers will have the chance to participate in camp activities such as Therapeutic Riding, waterfront adventures, pool activities, yoga, sports, team building, arts and crafts, and more.
