We’re an accessible, state-of-the-art facility being built in the Midlands of South Carolina for children and adults facing serious illness and other physical and mental health challenges. Located on 30 acres of farmland just outside of Columbia, Camp Cole will also be a special gathering place for purpose-driven groups and mission-driven service organizations.

About Cole
Every story has a catalyst, and ours is Cole Sawyer.
Cole lost his battle with cancer in 2004 at the age of 11. His fight with the disease exposed him to a special summer camp experience where he met other children facing serious illnesses.
Cole’s memory is the inspiration and guiding light that leads us on our journey to establish Camp Cole—an accessible, state-of-the-art user facility, just outside of Columbia, South Carolina, for children and adults facing illness, disability, and other physical and mental health challenges.

where groups can connect, share, encourage & shine.
